Coach John has been training athletes of a variety of ages for over 20 years. After
being a high school as well as collegiate athlete, John understands what It means
to train like an athlete. His areas of expertise Include balance training
cardiovascular training, personal motivation, speed and agility training, young
adult/youth fitness, strength, and core training, as well as enhanced performance training.
