



Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Training Programs focus on sport-specific movements at game speed. Our program is designed around the movements, skills, and energy systems utilized in sports.
This program is designed for serious athletes who are looking for the complete package. We offer individualized training within a group setting incorporating biometric analysis, fitness assessments, and nutritional guidance.
Each phase starts by correcting muscle imbalances and movement patterns while building strength and endurance. The final weeks will focus on Speed, Agility, Quickness, Explosive Power, and Power Endurance.

High Performance Group (12-16yrs)
We want athletes between the ages 12-16yrs who are self-motivated and are committed to taking their training to the next level! Program is held for (4) days per week.
(Monday – Thursday), 12:00p – 1:30pm.
*Skating Treadmill Days are Wednesdays
Phase 1 (4wks) June 2 – 28 Registration> $775.00 Pkg or Registration $55.00/Daily
Phase 2 (5wks) July 7 – Aug 8 Registration> $975.00 Pkg (10% Discount if Registered by June 10) or Registration> $55.00/Daily
Peak Performance Group (16yrs+ Prep/Junior/Collegiate/Pro)
We want athletes who are 16yrs+ who are currently competing at Prep School/Juniors/Collegiate/Pro level, self-motivated and are committed to taking their training to the next level! Program is held for (5) days per week.
(Monday – Friday)
Mon/Wed/Fri> 8a-9:30a (Gym)
Tues/Thurs> 8:00a-9:00a (On-Ice Skills) / 9:30a-11:00a (Gym)
*On-Ice Sessions are Invite Only. On-Ice Sessions are an Additional $35/session
