



We want athletes who are 16yrs+ who are currently competing at Prep School/Juniors/Collegiate/Pro level, self-motivated and are committed to taking their training to the next level! Program is held for (5) days per week.
(Monday – Friday)
Mon/Wed/Fri> 8a-9:30a (Gym)
Tues/Thurs> 8:00a-9:00a (On-Ice Skills) / 9:30a-11:00a (Gym)
*On-Ice Sessions are Invite Only. On-Ice Sessions are an Additional $35/session
Phase 1 (4wks) June 2nd – 28th Registration >$995.00 Pkg or Registration> $55.00/Daily
Phase 2 (5wks) July 7th – Aug 8th Registration >$1,250.00 Pkg (10% Discount if Registered by June 10) or Registration> $55.00/Daily
What to expect:
- Movement Assessment & Base Line Testing is performed to determine muscle imbalances, improper movement patterns, and predictability for injuries.
- Bio Scan– Bio-Electrical Impedance (BIA) Test with App that tracks detailed changes in the quality of activity, body composition, nutrition and overall health.
- Individual Corrective Exercises and Training Program to Maximize Efficiency
- Mobility/Stability, Core Strength, Fundamental Movement Skills Training
- Strength training to improve full body power in hockey-specific patterns.
- Sport-specific conditioning and agility training.
- Resistance training for Speed, Agility, Quickness, Power, and Endurance.
- Learn how to compete with more confidence
- Training that will translate to improving on-ice skills at game speed.
- Gym Membership is included for the length of the program
- Skating Treadmill is included and athletes will use at least 1x/wk as program progresses.
