



We want athletes between the ages 12-16yrs who are self-motivated and are committed to taking their training to the next level! Program is held for (4) days per week.
(Monday – Thursday), 12:00p – 1:30pm.

Phase 1 (4wks) June 2 – 28 Registration> $775.00 Pkg or Registration $55.00/Daily
Phase 2 (5wks) July 7 – Aug 8 Registration> $975.00 Pkg (10% Discount if Registered by June 10) or Registration> $55.00/Daily
*There are no make-up sessions.
What to expect:
- Movement Assessment & Base Line Testing is performed to determine muscle imbalances, improper movement patterns, and predictability for injuries.
- Bio Scan– Bio-Electrical Impedance (BIA) Test with App that tracks detailed changes in the quality of activity, body composition, nutrition and overall health.
- Individual Corrective Exercises and Training Program to Maximize Efficiency
- Mobility/Stability, Core Strength, Fundamental Movement Skills Training
- Strength training to improve full body power in all sports-specific patterns.
- Sport-specific conditioning and agility training.
- Resistance training for Speed, Agility, Quickness, Power, and Endurance.
- Learn how to compete with more confidence
- Training that will translate to improving skills at game speed.
- Program App for those who purchase package. App will allow athletes to track progress and follow if traveling.
- Athletes will also be trained on our Skating Treadmill for the purpose of improving your stride as well as conditioning.
